We have some email templates that CSMs use to send ad-hoc notifications via Timeline and Outlook Assist. Is there a way of tracking these by template name?


Hi Scott - we have a few hundred Person records in our MDA who have seemingly snuck in there without a contact ID, which is our key identifier. I can’t figure out why this is. About half of them are internal contacts, but the other half I can’t explain. I’d like to review with you live if possible.


Hey Scott -- I have a question about logging Timeline entries and the ‘associated records’ functionality -- more specifically, if there’s a way to report on the associated records. I’ll be prepared to share an example of a gap we’re seeing live.


Need help removing BCS Journey from all accounts  where a CSM is not assigned
 


Hi!  I’m struggling with a playbook for renewals.  In most cases it’s going to be launched based on a rule 120 days ahead of renewal and I can use the Assign date for setting the start and due dates.

But I have some cases where the CSM needs to create the CTA inside of the 120 day window.  It appears I can set the due dates using CTA due date - xx days and choose the renewal date as the due date for the CTA.  However, the dates showing up for the tasks are the start dates and I can’t set those relative to the CTA due date.  I feel like I’m missing something simple.

I tried back dating the rule, among other things.  Thanks!


Hello @Veronica.Moore -- found the currently-open request post here for reporting on Email Templates being pulled through into our Plug-ins (Outlook and Gmail) -- it’s a popular request but had to be back-burnered for this current fiscal year, but jump in with your vote and 2 cents and hopefully it bubbles up the list in the coming release cycles after January!
