I won’t be able to join till 4:30, so I can go last.  But my question is, we pull our contacts field in Gainsight from the Contacts field in Salesforce.  How can we alert the CSM should there be some change in the status or role of contact in Gainsight because of a data update in Salesforce

Hi Spencer, I have a scorecard history report that is not showing results as expected. I read through the How Scorecard 2.0 Snapshot Works  documentation and it’s still not clear to me why I’m getting the results I’m getting. For example, the snapshot score for 4/6 shows a changed score but that score wasn’t updated until 4/10.


Assigning CTA’s through JO


I am trying to create a rule that calculates close date of an opportunity minus payment terms, so if an opportunity is scheduled to close 5/30 and the customer has Net 30 terms, I need a date field of 4/30 to populate. I tried to use a string formula to take the last two characters of the string field ‘Net 30’ to convert to days, but I cannot use a numeric expression with a string field. I also tried creating a new field on the customer info object using the same methodology, but was unsuccessful.

my post didnt save, i have some general questions on data design and how to pull Success Plan Status (Active/Draft/Closed) into my report. I had a ticket to gainsight where this can be pulled using objects GS Meta Info (Record Id + System name) and CTA Group Object (Status). With a left join. But having issues adding a new merge to my existing merge.
