USE CASE: 

With the current PX design, we can only add either links or images in the content of the Email Engagements, not the GIF’s.

It would be awesome if we can have the ability to send the GIF’s, as Adding GIF to the email is a good way of making it more engaging.

You can currently use Gifs in Emails as well as other PX Engagement types. 

Just think of them the same way you would think about adding other images to Engagements.

@link_black is this still possible? when i try browsing my computer files to upload a gif it only allows me to select other image file types. and when. i drag the image file it works, but when I go to save the engagement I receive an error.

@link_black It used to be possible to use GIFs, but our PX Product team recently removed it for security reasons.  We have many customers that rely on these image types, so hopefully it will be re-added soon with better security provisions. 

 

Please submit this to our PX Support team so they can track and provide updates to you directly.
