Hi fellow PX users!
Out of curiosity, has anyone successfully implemented engagement archive or deletion criteria/process to promote a structured system for managing their engagements? I’m currently exploring ways to manage my engagements effectively while ensuring there are no regrets when deleting an engagement. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

We do not have such a policy or process, but it seems like a good idea to implement.

In general, I am hesitant to delete engagements, and have deleted only test engagements that I created, and very old engagements created by PX Support for investigation.


Same as ​@mmarques - I only delete test engagements. I archive all engagements that are completed/done. I assign Labels and follow a naming convention so that I can easily find them even after they’re archived.
