The browser usage widget on our dashboard is only showing Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Opera. There is no listing for Internet Explorer even though Google Analytics shows it makes up almost 5% of pageviews.
Is there a way to determine whether IE users are not being tracked in PX, or if PX is just not reporting the browser usage correctly?

I might suggest opening a support ticket. Very strange that we are capturing all the other browsers and not IE. It could come down to those IE users from Google Analytics are using a feature you haven’t mapped yet, but even that is a stretch.
