Hello! We have recently launched Gainsight PX engagements to help automate the onboarding process for a portion of our customers.
For the time being, we would like these engagements to only show up for our North America accounts. However, after setting the filter for region to US, we have still had accounts in our EMEA and APAC regions being added to the engagements.
Can someone assist with this?
