I am looking to create an email campaign for newly onboarded customers that drives them to use the Knowledge Center Bot in an effort to supplement our webinars and training resources.

How do I create a link I can add to my emails that directs onboarded customers to the KCB?

I’m not aware of a way to achieve this in 1 step, but you can definitely do it in 2 steps.

First, the email can link to an engagement in-app using this approach. You’re essentially adding any query param and a particular value to a link to your app, then using that query param value to trigger the engagement.

Second, the engagement content can offer some details about what’s in the bot, but most importantly, if that engagement is a V2 guide, you can use a custom button to open the KC Bot from the engagement.
