Editing Guide In-app and anchoring to items within an iframe.

I can’t seem to figure out how to launch the “edit guide in-app” to an iframe page. The Salesforce URL remains the same but the product URL that Gainsight sees my user ID access, is within the iframe. How do I create/edit/anchor an engagement that will display in the iframe?

    This may be an issue with how the iframe is installed. Our engineers are going to try an update.
