Can PX help with identifying accounts/companies that have drops in feature usage and flag them as retention risks? 

Maybe send emails to us when this is detected

The workflow you’re describing would need to rely on Gainsight CS being integrated with PX. In that scenario, the usage data from PX could be used in the CS rule engine to trigger CTA creation based on low/no usage, for example. There isn’t an analysis and notification function in PX itself; users would need to manually review the reporting functions in PX
