I see there are NPS related fields within the Account record in PX to map to Salesforce, but how do I map individual NPS scores from PX to salesforce?

Yes. So, to provide all possible solutions, see below a summary, let's connect over email to see which if you want to avail PX/CS Integration and our team can assist you with it:

    • As for PX<>SFDC Integration for NPS: PX does push in a lot of NPS Data point which is at the ACCOUNT Level, not at the user level. Please see this doc for the integration attributes.
    • As for PX<>CS Integration for NPS: Get data from AWS S3 export or REST API.  Since you are a CS+PX customer, the S3 data should already be there.  In CS, you can use a Rule to get the CSV files from the S3 Bucket and update SFDC/GS. If you want to go this route, our team can assist you.

    Hope this helps.

@mhsilver do you want to push this to SFDC or Gainsight CS?

@harshibanka SFDC. I connected with your team today during office hours and they determined it wasn’t available yet, but pushing to Gainsight CS is an option.
