New feature highlights from this release include:

• Create multiple Knowledge Center Bots for different Audiences

• View new Analytics for Bots, including Article Views, Engagement Views, Feedback, and Article Searches 

• Launch screen scalable Survey Engagements optimized for mobile using the same flexible visual design and editing capabilities as the Web app. (and, view associated analytics!)

• Use PX & Fullstory Integration to better understand user actions
