Track Stickiness More Closely
The Stickiness KPI in Accounts Explorer now supports an additional calculation formula - Daily Active Users (DAU) divided by Weekly Active Users (WAU). This enhancement gives you an option to measure stickiness on a shorter cycle of a weekly cadence. This makes it ideal for applications that are used on a weekly basis or are in an early stage of validation.

S3 Account Import Delays in PX: What’s the Expected Behavior?
Rob Schlette raised an important question about S3 Account Import delays in Gainsight PX. While bulk updates show as successful in the import status and are immediately reflected via the REST API, Rob consistently sees a delay of 1–2 hours before those changes appear in the Account Explorer UI. User-level profiles begin updating sooner, but account-level views lag significantly.
This raises questions around expected processing time, UI caching behavior, and the practicality of bulk updates when changes aren’t quickly visible.
