Funnels…!!
The most used and also most overlooked feature on any product analytics tool. Because the rules to set up are easy, everybody knows what a funnel is, how to configure it and how it looks when the data starts funneling through it.
But very few get benefitted from it. Because the goal here is not to create a funnel but to use the insights out of it, we know there will be drop-offs at each step. We know that only a minute percentage reaches the last stage of the funnel based on the goals we set.
The challenge here would be what to do with those insights?
How to optimize the funnels for fewer drop-offs?
Can we find Time To Value using the onboarding funnels?
How to measure adoption goals using funnels?
How to identify the impact of campaigns?
How to do funnel analysis for different cohorts of users using segments?
