A question came up this week when seeing this error in the Knowledge Bot.



In this scenario it was an easy fix and should be the first place you check to avoid any headaches. When creating the Sub-domain you do not need to include the .zendesk. After making this change all worked as expected. So remember to check here first to save you some time in the long run!!
