With product updates, you can bridge the transparency gap between you and your customers around the product and functionalities that you offer.
How To Create a Product Update
- Go to Control → Create → New Product Update
- Add a title
- Write your product update
- Publish your Product Update immediately, or save it as a draft to come back to it later.
The following settings are optional to configure
- Add Product area
- Allow replies (default: Yes)
- Add a Label (open text field) - a label will appear next to the Product Update title
- Featured image
- Related products
- Public tags
