With the Forethought AI Agent integration, community members can ask questions, get conversational answers, and follow up in a natural back-and-forth dialogue, all without leaving your community. This integration is the first step in bringing AI-powered support across the entire Gainsight Digital Customer Hub.
Here's What's New
Conversational AI answers Ask a question and get a structured, summarized response. Unlike the previous AI Answers experience, members can now ask follow-up questions and refine their query in a continuous thread, no need to start over.
Clarifying questions from the AI When a question is ambiguous, the agent asks for clarification before responding, so members get more accurate, relevant answers the first time.
Suggested search prompts The search experience surfaces common questions based on your community's search analytics, helping members find answers faster.
Powered by your Forethought agent The integration connects directly to your existing Forethought AI agent configuration, meaning the 70+ available helpdesks, knowledge sources and other connectors that integrate with Forethought can be surfaced in your community search. Your team controls the experience, including escalation paths like ticket creation, through the Forethought workflow builder.
Coming soon to Skilljar and Product Experience This integration is built on AI Answers, the shared search layer across Gainsight's Digital Customer Hub. As AI Answers expands to Skilljar and Product Experience, the Forethought AI Agent will extend to those products as well, giving your customers a consistent AI support experience wherever they engage.
