Gainsight has just rolled out a patch update with enhancements focused on navigation, performance, and data visibility across Copilot, Gainsight’s AI Agent in Slack, and Timeline. Here’s what’s new:

Copilot and Gainsight’s AI Agent in Slack 

  • Pagination and Record Count: You can now view how many records are returned in a Company Agent query, view total search results, and use intuitive arrows to move through pages.
    • Maximum 5,000 records per query.
    • Maximum 10 records per page.
       
  • Preprocessing Notifications: Admins receive banner and email notifications when Timeline data preprocessing begins after enabling either feature.

    Note
    : Applicable only for accounts onboarded after June 1, 2025.

Timeline – Topic & Sentiment Reporting

IMPORTANT: This enhancement will be available starting June 19, 2025, for US1 and US2 customers​​​​​​. For EU customers, this feature will be available from June 23, 2025.

New Activity Topic Sentiment object lets you report on meeting discussion topics, analyze sentiment (Positive, Neutral, Negative).

Thank you ​@mdfahd! Excited to be able to use this new AI Agent in Slack. Before we are able to implement it (with approval from our security and legal teams), we need to be able to restrict what channels have access to given accounts to be in line with our Internal Access Policy. Do you have insight into when the AI Agent might have the same Channel Settings that the Sally app has?
