I am creating a program in the journey orchestrator and wish to add engagements and surveys in the program.
As I went through the articles, I don’t see the option of Tigger by journey orchestrator in my Px nor do I see add new action-Trigger engagement in my CS. How are these added?
Also, how do I configure a source? All photos attached.

How are these added? - As per the latest release on JO I hope the issue is fixed .Please feel free to contact if the issue still persists.
Also, how do I configure a source? All photos attached. - The source can be set by clicking the Audience icon as shown in the appended screenshot.
How do I change Opened/Not opened to Signed up/Not-signed up? - For now, it is not supported to change the option to Signed up/Not-signed up. Rather you can include a Signup link in the Email and once you enable “Link Tracking” option, in the next Step you get the option as Link Not clicked/Link Clicked
