I want to manage new users and subscriptions in another app, push new users to a googlesheet, then add or update those new users in Gainsight CC. Is that possible?

When I launched our Community I used this to create users for all of our staff.

Yes you can use zapier and other connectors to add new users. By connecting different apps; zapier enables you to automate the creation of users.
