Our company has both CE and CC with gainsight. We are wanting to assign a badge in the community when someone gets certified within CE.
What is the best way to set this connection up? And what are necessary steps?

There is currently no native CE and CC integration to accomplish this as of right now. A workflow can be built using workflows in CE or CC using webhooks and APIs though!
I’d reach out to your account rep, CSM, or Gainsight support for more information. You can use CE’s workflow function (Workato) or CC’s Zapier integration (if you have a Zapier integration).
