We have a use case where we are looking to send emails as our Account Executives. Is there a way to update the signature tokens on an email template to be based on the email in the From Line vs. the User sending the actual email?

Hi @arioux

Thank you for your question. This is totally possible from Journey Orchestrator so long as you’re able to bring in the field with the seller’s name, email etc. in your participant data set and you’ve obviously let them know. You can also CC them in emails.

However, I sense you may be wanting to do thing from Email Assist, which isn’t possible (nor should it be, in my opinion).

Hope this helps. If not please do provide additional context.
