we currently publish our product roadmap under Product Updates using a screenshot of the Roadmap sheet and also adding the pdf Download files for the Roadmap Paper. We’d like to create a more interactive and dynamic Roadmap and wanted to ask, how other communities handle that, to get some ideas and inspirations.

I really like the way Docebo have implemented their Product Roadmap into their ideation module. They have added their public roadmap from Productboard using a custom HTML widget and an Iframe. Maybe

At Beeline, we are using custom pages and the HTML widget / iframe to display our Productboard portal view. There is also some custom dev work we have done so that Productboard recognizes the user and pre-fills their email address so that feedback and new ideas are attributed correctly. We are using the ideas functionality in Productboard vs. the native functionality of Gainsight. Here is what it looks like:
