I am adjusting the private messages for my Ranks and it is asking for me to rebuild. If I rebuild is it going to retroactively message all who have already received the rank or will it only send going forward?
I am adding a swag give away link and many of those already in the rank have that swag from manual versus adding in the automated link.
It should only send to those who change ranks, not those who already have it.
The only risk is if you changed the criteria or reordered your ranks which would recalculate who goes to which rank when you push re-build.
That sounds like a bug. They should get the email notification unless they’ve opted-out in their preferences.
With the new In-app notification center, they should see a notification there too.
