Is there any way to create multiple leaderboards via gamification? Maybe leaderboards based on custom roles?
Context: We’d like to keep our regular external facing community member leaderboard...but we’d also like to have an internal one for ranking our team members on how they’re contributing to our community.
yes and no. You can do it in the leaderboard widget, but that cuts off after the top 10. When they open the leaderboard to the full view, it’s the same leaderboard for the whole community (as set based on backend control settings). The filtering you set up is only for the widget, not the full leaderboard.
Previously this Gainsight community had that same use case. A leaderboard widget on the home page that excluded staff and then one that was only staff. You could put it on a custom page for staff and permission accordingly if you wanted only staff to be able to see it.
