You can allow your users to access your community via LinkedIn SSO.
The steps for this are listed below:
- Login to https://developer.linkedin.com
- Create an App and fill out the following information
App Name; LinkedIn Page; Logo; Legal Agreement > Read & Accept Terms of use (it is also advisable to fill in your Privacy Policy despite this not being a mandatory field)
Example below:

- Once finished go to the Products menu and request access for “Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect”

Read & accept the terms and click Request access:

- Head over to the Auth section and add the following to the Authorized redirect URLs - this is your community’s destination URL + /sso/return:
Example: https://mCommunity URL]/sso/return

OAuth 2.0 scopes, at the bottom of the Auth section, will auto-populate in 5 to 10 minutes and will show openid, profile, email - like below:

- After the above scopes appear - please send the Client ID and Client Secret to
CCsupport@gainsight.com so that we can activate the LinkedIn SSO App in your community - Once the support team adds the Client ID and Client Secret to the community - you will see a button for users to register and log in via LinkedIn as seen below:
Phrase to edit the login button text:
