The out of the box Staircase AI Health Score is comprised of 4 components: Sentiment, Engagement, Response Time, and Open Items (support). Each component is weighted using a statistical model but can be customized by your Staircase AI admin to fit your needs under (Settings > Configurations > Health Score).
