As the Community Manager I have conversations all the times with users in PM’s on behalf of my company. When it comes to accountability, metrics and sharing customer success I would like to share or mark conversations as action items or tag them for use in metrics. At the very least I would love to be able to give access to view my MP’s to another admin or create a report or export.
Any ideas?
