Population of NPS on Company object

Hey All, 

 

Can anybody please let me know how the value of NPS is being populated on Company object’s NPS field.

Hi @manik.narula ,

Whenever a NPS being recorded for a specific company in Gainsight, NPS gets calculated based on last 180 days and get stored in Company object. This calculation happen only when a new NPS for that company is recorded.

@manik.narula it would simply use the system NPS object to auto-populate. You would have to feed NPS data into the NPS Survey Response (or use the Load to Surveys Rule Action) in order to get it to the Company in the end.
