Currently, 'contact me' checkbox is not included in the multi-question survey response sync to CS. We would like to be able to pull this information into reporting.

This also applies to the sync of NPS survey responses from PX to CS via the standard PX survey import. Our GS CS rep has confirmed this does not feed through either.
We require this to be able to trigger CTAs only for survey responses where contacts have provided consent to contact.
+5This is a major blocker in making actionable CTA content in CS using PX survey responses. We cannot ASK people for their consent to contact them and then exclude that datapoint from the action-oriented side of the product suite. Any followup CTA created in CS runs the risk of setting a trap for our CSM’s where they’re reaching out to people who have explicitly declined to be contacted.
