It would be great if, like other systems (such as High Spot) a user was able to easily embed a thumbnail/preview (image with a link) into mass send emails.

Essentially, when you compose an email in software like Highspot and you put in a hyperlink, a preview of the hyperlink is auto-generated to go into the email. Our CS team feels that this encourages recipients to know what they are receiving and when they should click, and they would like to see a similar feature in Gainsight’s mass send email.
If you are in Slack and you paste a URL, it previews the website with a picture. This is similar.
