Is there an update as to when TASK will be a list instead of below the CTA'S?

Hi Sherry,
Valid concern. We understand that today task sorting experience is not optimal and we are working on improving it.
For now, you can view next open task due date in the list view. If task is overdue, date will be highlighted in red.
You can also create a report/ related list to view upcoming tasks.

If you have a CTA for say a 90 Day Renewal. The CTA's date is 12/31/17 but the task has a date of 11/30/17. When the CTA's sort, it shows the CTA date. So instead of it showing 11/30/17 in the list for the next 7 days, it shows the date as 12/31/17. You have to go directly into the task to see exactly what day that task is due.
