We would like to inform you that we have scheduled maintenance windows for our platform which will allow us to do a database maintenance and security updates on Wednesday January 22nd.
The maintenance window will last for about 2 hours.
Important: During these 2 hours, the communities will stay mostly online, with intermittent downtimes of a couple of minutes.
The maintenance will be done separately for the communities hosted on our US server and those hosted in EU, as follows:
US maintenance window:
Wed 2020-01-22 03:00AM - 05:00AM ET / 00:00AM - 02:00AM PT
EU maintenance window:
Wed 2020-01-22 / 00:00 - 02:00 CET
