Hi, I see we have a certain number of impressions included with our subscription. How would I track the number of impressions?
Adding to that, how would I track the the success of having the conversational widget? E.g. number of opens, number of searches, number of clicks?

+7I asked about this a few months back and the answer around embeddable widget metrics was to ask your CSM or support and they can provide them to you.
I did and they gave me a CSV or two. I had to do the analysis myself, but it helped me understand how many times the widget was loaded and posts viewed, etc.
