Honor Colors set in Milestone Admin for Customer Journey Widget

Most of our milestones are created via Rules Engine and when they show up on the Customer Journey widget, they are always a blue-ish color. Would be a nicer visual if it honored the colors set in Milestone Admin.

+1 -- it would be great to be able to utilize these colors in the customer journey so CSMs can easily differentiate between the milestones as they look through the customer journey visual

For some context: we have a Skipped Business Review Milestone to track when a customer declines our invitation to meet and the reasons for it and it would be great to be able to differentiate between that (grey colour) and an actual completed Business Review (green colour)

I was surprised to see this too. The widget could be so much more visually appealing but instead looks pretty drab at the moment.

Wow, I only just started using milestones and thought it was either broken or I was doing something wrong.

Turns out I was on the right track all along.

 

But this feature doesn’t do what we expected. 😞

Good to know.  But disappointing.
