We have Welcome Emails that are sent out through Gainsight and it gets logged in to the respective customer's Timeline. In some cases when the email is not sent out automatically, we manually sent it out after creating a CTA and using the Send Email option. For the ones that I send out manually, I can see an option in the Timeline entry to Edit, Share Via Email, Copy Link, Copy To Clipboard and Delete but for the ones that are automatically sent and logged in the Timeline, I have only the option to Copy Link. It would be great if we have the same options available for a system logged email in Timeline.
