I'm excited about the potential for Sally, but I'm not sure yet about who's going to be the most excited about it, or what exactly they'll use it for. I'd love to have access to:
  • How much Sally usage do we have? Is it catching on, or is nothing really happening?
  • Who are the top Sally users? I'd love to pick their brains about what they use it for, and create an opportunity for them to champion those ideas/best practices with the rest of their team.
  • What are the most common Sally queries? Perhaps this is mere curiosity, but it seems a relevant dynamic in understanding how my team is using the feature.
I mentioned this idea to my Account Manager, Emily, today, so apologies if you're getting hit with it from two directions!

    +1 to this idea. We just moved our entire company to Slack and launched Sally. I know I'll get usage questions and would love to have actually data to support the feedback we're hearing.

    @colin_burns_c26524 We are working on getting Sally usage data into Gainsight via UDM. It should be done in 2-3 weeks. Will keep you posted.
