Every report is now set to sharing to “private” making it really cumbersome to share reports created with others OR maintenance between multiple admin or ops that only need report access and not data setup access.
I would like to set the permissions every time I save so it is part of the workflow, rather than save and it auto set to private. I then have to remember to go back and change……
Ideally, I could set my default to what I would like (for my use case, always public) and then then when the pop-up during save shows I could change to a different permission
