We've received feedback regarding delays in email event tracking within the new Journey Orchestrator (Dynamic Programs) analytics. Customers have noticed that email opens and link clicks take up to 24 hours to reflect in the analytics, unlike the near-instantaneous tracking in the old JO.
This delay is impacting customer service and testing processes.
We kindly request the team to consider improvements to email event tracking to reduce delays and enhance user experience.
