We store all our image files for our knowledgebase in GoogleBucket, this way, when we need to update a graphic that is used in multiple articles/topics, we simply need to upload an updated graphic to Google and every article where it is used updates automatically.
The current workflow for inserting an image into an article/topic only allows for uploading to Gainsight, it would be great if we didn’t have to manually insert HTML code into the source code to point to an external image.
