It would be very helpful to be able to force a password reset from the User Management tab in Administration.
Currently the reset password link for users does nothing except take the use back to the login page. It doesn’t reset their password. The only way to get the user back in is to delete them and re-create them. This is not ideal.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
