Hi Scott, I unfortunately have been unable to get the Data Designer concat function to generate a link to SFDC cases. I’ll hop on and show you what I have.

Hi Scott - thanks so much for the help showing me around Data Designer! I am working on another one and would love your help with that today if possible! I am trying to get a list of accounts that do have active CTAs and do not have any timeline entries. So far I have merged Company & CTAs and also Company & Timeline Activities, then merged those two merges together but not sure that I am getting the results I am looking for. Thanks!

Hi Scott! I’m working on creating dashboards for TAMs to use for Adoption Explorer. I have not been able to find documentation on creating reports similar to the HAU report. Do you have documentation on creating a report like that, or could we walk through that in the session?

I’m going to be able to jump on at 4:30pm EST (half past the scheduled)-- I have a quick question around the concept of overriding Overall Score if the scorecard is on a rollup.. will first overriding Overall score with a rule be pointless because then the measures that make up the overall score will simply re-override that?
