Enable Profile field view for custom roles

Hello Team.   I have a community where we keep member information very basic as to protect our members as much as possible.  I would like however to be able to expose certain profile fields like Company, Country and CSM to our employee custom role.  So when they are helping the member, they can check the profile page to learn who they are working with.  This helps with tracking similar cases in support as well as keeping the right team aware of new requests.  

This could be as simple as adding a dropdown to each profile field with what custom role can view the field.
