Gainsight allows admins to add Custom Fields to Timeline Activity layouts, but the only rich text box available is the Notes - no additional fields of this type can be added.
We’d like the ability to add additional rich text fields rather than be dependent on users applying a Template in order to record the appropriate information in a Timeline entry.
