When using the V2 editor, we can now add an action that allows us to open the KC Bot from a button. It would be a great amazing to be able to choose which tab the KC Bot opens to without having to make the Tab a the default tab for the KC Bot. For example, if we wanted to create a guide that directs the user to the feedback tab at the end of the guide, we could add that as an action from the button without forcing the Bot to show the feedback tab by default when it is opened normally.
Also to be able to choose which Category of Engagement/Articles/Weblink the KC bot opened up on, rather than the full list of all!
