What does [i]Empty 'From' Name mean in a CoPilot execution summary spreadsheet?

Issue is with the set up and it is fixed now.

No problem, so it's here in the 'Failed records' tab that I'm looking. It doesn't seem to pull through 'customer success manager name' even though this is listed in Salesforce...
+1Hi Will, we need to check what field is used in from address and why it is not pulling data.
