Have you ever tried to share a report generated from your Salesforce Account object on your C360 view with your users?  At the moment there is a known bug where you are unable to share these reports and development is actively engaged and reviewing it! Good news, there is a solution!

Should you need any account level reporting, aggregation or supplemental data added to account records, you can solve for this issue by creating a Data Space off of the Salesforce Account object and leverage that for your reports/rules/etc.

In our instance, we had user story to provide the capability to export the Account Hierarchy section of the C360. This exposed the challenge of sharing an Account object-based report on the C360 and ultimately lead the workaround mentioned above (and there was much rejoicing).

Many thanks to the tech support and development resources that helped with this, our users are ecstatic with the results!

Data Spaces are definitely my best friend for C360 reports as well as powerlists.  Glad you found a solution that worked!
