When looking at My Total # of Customers - Breakdown I noticed that the CIP customer reported twice with different names. I want to ask for their consolidation, how should I do it?

If both companies are 1 at CRM , then you can merge both accounts using data operations under company on admin menu .

Are these duplicate records in the company object? If yes, then you can get rid of one of them by doing a company merge. If not, then you can cross-verify in your CRM why do they have same name but different IDs. Could they be related customers? Also check how are you grouping your records in the given report.
