We have recently active, most replies, and most views… but as a solid knowledge base of answered questions build, it’d be great to filter by “Most Helpful.”
Use cases: Q&A forums, building FAQ lists, another way to feature/highlight top content without using widgets, etc
How:
- Use the Content Helpfulness score that’s available in control. The data is there.
- No need to expose the score or the data itself in the UI, but just use it to order posts in the category by those with the highest helpfulness score.
- Build it as a filter option like the others in the forum (listed above)
