Programs should be able to be scheduled/sent multiple times a day instead of once

Currently, a Program JO can only be scheduled to sent once a day. We would like for things like emails to go out multiple times a day as the information that is used to Filter our Participants is updated constantly, meaning there is often a 24 hour delay before they are picked up and sent the email.

 

Primary use case in my situation is a Welcome/Kickoff Email for new customers.

@cwhitley I strongly agree with this ask! As a workaround, you could always use events and tie that to a rule through the Call External API action, so that each time the rule runs, the JO program is also triggered. Looks like there is a similar post on this below:
