As part of the options available to our Community, we’d love the ability to change the social sharing options available as part of the out of the box options. These are currently set to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
By including others, such as Instagram or Pinterest, we’d be granting easier sharable options to our Gen-Z member base and have the ability to align with business wide social campaigns, with the inclusion of using #tags when prompting the sharing of content.
+2Just to understand, what are you sharing from community (what is mostly “just” discussions) to the IG or Pinterest, what are visual channels?

We’re in the midst of aligning the community to our social and commercial campaigns, including future product launches. Notifications of which would be shared on the community platform, and we’d like our users to have the ability to easy share this content on their own channels.
To ensure we have a wider scope in reaching audiences, Instagram and Pinterest are the preferred methods for this.
Additionally, there are a number of third-party communities and discussion sections across these social channel, which sharing our own ‘Support’ articles to would be a benefit.
Visual wise, I’d like to keep this within the same offering. Replacing the LinkedIn option for Instagram and adding a fourth option. A thumbnail image in the format below would be sufficient.
